This part keeps both of you safe — please read before continuing.
This agreement exists to ensure the safety and confidentiality of all parties. Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding:
Mutual Anonymity. You agree not to disclose your full legal name, address, telephone number, place of employment, or any other personally identifying information to your listener, and agree not to request such information from them in return. This obligation remains in effect regardless of rapport or familiarity developed over one or multiple sessions.
About WhatsApp as Our Channel. Sessions take place over WhatsApp. Because WhatsApp identifies participants by phone number, your number will be visible to us for the purpose of conducting your session — this happens automatically as part of how WhatsApp works, not because either side has "shared" it. Your number will not be used for any purpose beyond your session, will not be shared with your listener's personal contact, and will not be retained beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
Session Pricing. Your first session is priced at ₹299 for 30 minutes or ₹349 for 45 minutes. Each session after that rises by ₹50 on whichever length you choose (e.g., your second 30-minute session is ₹349, your second 45-minute session is ₹399, and so on).
Purpose of This Platform. AntahSparsh exists for people who are genuinely going through something and need a space to be heard — it is not a casual chat or time-pass service. If a session is found to be time-pass in nature, with no genuine matter being shared, it will be ended immediately and is not eligible for any refund.
Free Trial. The 10-minute free trial is limited to one per person, intended for first-time visitors only. It is not available for repeat use, and is not a substitute for a paid session.
Standard of Conduct. All conversations are to be conducted with mutual respect. Abusive language, sexual conduct or solicitation, and harassment of any form are strictly prohibited, in either direction.
Right to Discontinue. You may end a session at any time and for any reason. Discontinuing solely due to a change of mind does not entitle you to a refund. Should a listener act inappropriately, end the session immediately and report it as described below.
Client Violations. Should you breach these terms, your session will be terminated immediately without refund, and continued violations may result in legal action.
Listener Violations. Should your listener breach these terms, report the matter with supporting evidence within twelve hours of the session, and a full refund will be issued.
Listener's Right to Discontinue. If a listener genuinely feels unable to help with what is being shared, they reserve the right to end the session and decline further sessions with that individual. In this case, a full refund will be issued. This is not a reflection of judgment on you — it exists so that you are matched with support that can genuinely be useful to you.
